Rated 5 out of 5 by from Not just hype I've been using TurboTax for six years now and have always had a great and easy experience. From being single with a simple W-2, to having a Spouse with dependents and having to file jointly, to W-2s with Self-employment and a family. TurboTax has answered my questions and helped me get everything filed, paid, and get me paid. Looking forward to another easy experience next year!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is a great option for tax returns every Once you have the information the first year, it helps make sure you have not forgotten something in the current year. That helps you to make sure you don't mis anything! I think the one thing that is "stressful" is when you pull the prior year's document into the current year. You think something with the correct file type is on your computer. You hit enter and you bring up nothing with the correct file type. I think Turbo Tax must help people navigate getting old returns. For instance, make it obvious how to get it from the web. Once you sort that out, it is great!

It could be because I did not have Internet connection when I first clicked on the Update button and it continued to fail ever since. Totally disappointed!

The only catch was paying with the refund would be at cost while the option to pay now was free (w the add'l fee for the delux option). I think people would watch out for this and for other hidden fees but its not something to discredit this service for. Its convenient and first-time-user friendly. I recommend!.
