Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not bad, but clunky - Missing essential NYS form You absolutely _*MUST*_ add back in support for NY State form IT-242 = Conservation Easement. How can you call yourself a full tax software solution when there are forms for which you have absolutely no support? At the very least have a place where the user can enter a value with a description of the form from which it came then attach the form. You don't even have that level of support if it's not a form that you include.

I had received several rejections on my submissions. Jose was able to assist me to correct all discrepancies and submit my tax forms electronically.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from another year....turbo tax does it again I like using Turbo tax, it covers all increasingly difficult tax stuff. My problem is a super slow internet. It took hours to download and update. I was bored waiting, so I opened a game while it was loading. Turbo Tax man was upset by my lack of attention and made me start over. WTHell. more hours....
