Rated 4 out of 5 by from Too many fees Charges for the federal tax return package are reasonable. A fee for the State returns and an additional filing fee to file the state returns are excessive. Next year I am filing all state returns myself. Turbo tax priced itself out of the market.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from needs fixing we received 2 rejections and it didn't take us to the error when we hit the tab help me fix. On the second rejection we removed the area throwing the error and redid it then it seemed to work crossing our fingers

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Needs lots of improvements I have used TurboTax for 15+ years to file my S-Corp taxes. Over the years I have seen virtually no improvement to the software. The biggest thing that is lacking is better integration with QuickBooks. Importing data is not good enough. What's needed is a permanent connection between them so preparing the tax return is easier and less error-prone. Also, COGS accounts import continues to be wrong. QuickBooks provides actual COGS amounts in accounts but TurboTax asks for BOY and EOY inventory account balances and Purchases total for the year and uses them to calculate COGS.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Deluxe 2018 has too many glitches I purchased and downloaded the 2018 Deluxe to file my 2018 taxes. I was taken aback at how repetitive an yet confusing the inquiries were. Further, the software had many glitches, such as it would not print and I received multiple error messages when i tried to save the file as a pdf. I ultimately could not complete the process.
