The state form was particularly annoying because the system/program kept insisting I complete forms that did not apply. I had to discard and complete my state taxes 4 times before I was able to get them filed. I doubt I will use this service again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good, but missing an important feature I sold a rental propery, which I'd been entering in the tax info for years into TurboTax. When I told TurboTax I sold the home, it didn't immediately ask if I wanted the information transferred to the capital gains sections I needed to fill out. Once I went through this annoyance, if added in a tax for a few thousand dollars without explanation. Live help helped me figure out what it was doing there, but they should have been able to show me a breakdown of all calculated taxes and fees. Otherwise, good product.
