Rated 5 out of 5 by from It just works, but is a bit bubbly. It was fast and easy. Lots of interactive clicking, but not annoying. It did just work. Now, if it sends you to IRS.gov, that site needs to buy scalable server output because it was way backed up just to get a transcript.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Response time is slow The first few sections had very slow navigation field to field. Not sure if that was due to it trying to do instant tax calculations or what. But I made several mistakes as a result of it not responding then responding too quickly which had me in the wrong field. That feature should be able to be turned off through settings but it's not.
