I have used Turbo Tax since I first started filing my taxes, and through many situations: being a small business owner, dissolving said business, purchasing homes, selling a home, upgrading home, etc. So many situations! And each representative I have worked with has been even better than the last! They are extremely knowledgeable, go out of their way to look for additional items to help my refund that I may have missed, and always answer any questions I have thoroughly! On top of that, they are pleasant, cheerful, and personable!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Issues with Michigan return and late forms Most of Turbo Tax was good, but for Michigan handling estimated tax payments it did not include withholdings on the form, only estimated taxes paid, so I had to override multiple entries to get the correct values into the form. I had to request how to do this from Turbo Tax and was supported. I spent several hours trying to determine how to accomplish this, as well as determining the accurate entries as it was all by hand. The form 8815 was delayed until the end of march for no reason, it was released by government early. This delay in being able to file is very disappointing. I determined this form wasn't needed, but if it was I would still be waiting, and giving someone the opportunity to steal my refund, just due to the time it was going to take to file.
