Rated 5 out of 5 by from Completion with standard deductions was very easy. One of your operators, I think it was Elaine, helped me to find an entry error on my federal taxes I made which I could not figure out. She saved me several hundred dollars. Great job!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Changes in program this year - frustrating I have used Turbo Tax for years and found it to be very user friendly. The changes in the program this year were a stepback. It kept going back and making me review areas over and over when they were right and I had hit DONE. The change in format made it harder to follow where you were in the return. I am not pleased with the product now. Took me several hours for what I used to do in about 1.5 hrs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from If it wasnt for the 8949 Standard D form... I will try my best to never use TurboTax again if i can. I wouldnt have used it this year if it wasnt for the 8949 Standard D form and it was a great reminder to why I hate turbotax. I spent from 2pm to... 10:42pm just to file my taxes!! I was on with support for 2+ hours and they didnt fix the issue..eventually i did! This terrible software doesnt import files with more than 100 transactions so you have to break apart csv files. It doesnt tell you that ANYWHERE and you just have to guess until your hair falls out or you pull it out. I also spent more than double what i would have with H&R block.
