Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not so great this year I usually tell everyone that this product and ease of use if fantastic. This year, for whatever reason, it would not load from the CD. My contact with Customer Support on the first call was less than stellar, got disconnected and had to call back. This contact was so helpful and patient but it took almost an hour to get the problem resolved. Once we got it loaded, it was easy peasy!!

This year I used their expert to do my taxes because my taxes became a little more than I can handel myself. I got excellent service and their tax expert kept me upyodate with every step.
