Rated 2 out of 5 by from time consuming and frustrating the format of turbo tax seems user friendly but it can be hard to navigate, you will end up reviewing things you have already done just to go back to one section. I also had to verify my email address on my intuit account even though they already send me many emails. The email verification part was the most frustrating because it was not even on turbo tax that I had to do it, I know the companies are probably linked, but this one step took me about 45 minutes to solve because the instructions the website gave me were wrong. I had to call customer service they did not even know what was going on until the 3rd time of me trying to explain the issue... I will find a new service to use next year.
