Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as easy as it used to be This year I'm finding Turbo Tax to be slipping in ease of use. My state return was rejected three times due to some sort of update that was needed to calculate the federal stimulus correctly. The error said to come back after the 17th to apply the update (I use the online version) then refile. Daily emails kept warning me to refile immediately though, so I did. I even tried support who had no clue as to whether the update was applied or not or when it would be. I've now tried to refile twice after the 17th. Attempts to get live chat support were not successful. No one showed up. Seriously Turbo Tax?
