Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax I am a military spouse who has to file state tax for the current state I am working in. I am tax exempt, and was having an issue getting my state tax filed. The tax professional that called me was so helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I love the ease and efficiency of turbo tax. It is so easy to use and a fraction of what a CPA in town will cost me

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This Turbo Tax filing application works very well. All-in-all the following of the directions to each of the segments of the on-line filing went very well. Some of the information could be confusing but was able to determine the correct method/direction for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Slippage I've done TurboTax for nearly a decade, and I've always liked it. But a couple of footnotes bothered me this year. First, it was difficult to switch back and forth from manual entry to automatic bank transmission on 1099-Rs. (pension, interest, dividends). Second, there was an almost incessant hum to move up to a more expensive product. You should be able to decline an upgrade only once.
