Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great in theory For a site that markets itself as being free to file, TurboTax does a poor job at that. I went through my taxes with adds to upgrade and pay, which I declined because my taxes are not complicated, but in the end I was forced—and I do mean forced, I could not click away and could not move forward—to upgrade to a paid version. Not the first time it's happened and it's annoying. If I wanted to pay for it I would go to H&R Block or something, which next year I just might.
