I waited for an answer for about an hour and I hung up without the answer.

This is my 9th year in using Turbo Tax and each year the online program has helped get us a return. Thanks Turbo Tax

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is use and helpful, but can be deceitful What I thought was deceptive was #1 not saying before you clicked on it, that there is a $39.00 handling fee to pay from your refund, and #2, giving the first option for a refund to an account that is not your own bank account. The two callers, Cheyenne and Paul, were very helpful.
