Rated 3 out of 5 by from Frustrating! Followed link to get stimulus amount and had to set up ID.me to get info. In the midst of ID.me set up, TurboTax timed out which in turn timed me out of ID.me. Lost ID.me info and now am in limbo with ID.me. If I'm following a link, DON'T TIME ME OUT!

It wasn't until I had finished my taxes that I was informed that I could not file my tax forms without buying the Live Premier services because I had stocks and crypto in them. TurboTax loves to nickel and dime you for every little cent they can

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A nice experience I decided to file my own taxes for a change. It went smoothly but I didn't understand an issue with my Roth IRA rollover. I requested a call and got it in about 10 minutes. The guy was really nice and answered my question right away.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very easy to use but the fees are ridiculous now. It used to be free to use their services for the first 10 years i used them but the fees now are almost like HR Block. They charge for everything. This will probably be my last year using them. But the website is super easy to use and that's why I'm going to do it this one last time.
