Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is AMAZING!!! I've been using TurboTax for the last 4 years and can't say enough about how satisfied I am with their tax services. They've always gotten me the biggest refund every year so far. I will never go back to another tax prep service again. Aside from the extra fees (nobody likes fees), they are great!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Used mid priced product and was pleased I got to speak with a live support person early on in the process to help me with estimating deductions for next years filing, since I'll start SS this year. Price of state filing went up but here Turbo tax found me money back too!

I did call twice and I engaged with two TurboTax Live Experts so I can get more clarity with a mix of questions regarding my Rollover IRA, Foreign Tax Credit, etc. And the two Tax agents' that I was speaking with, treated me wonderfully, exceptionally, and fantastically. The two Tax agents' names are Gina and Arleta. Lastly, I do hope that both of them get recognized for their great customer service. Thank you, Jose

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Last Time Using TurboTax I've been using TurboTax for several years and was always pleased. I paid $39.00 last year to file my 2021 taxes. This year, I didn't really know how much I was paying until after I entered my debit card info. Then I discovered it was $89.00 plus tax. I did every bit of the work myself, with no help from TurboTax. I'll use another online service in the future.
