Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is easy to use I've used TurboTax for a few years now and it's easy to use. Most of my questions can be answered quickly with their FAQs and databank of tax information. If I can't find an answer that way I can reach out to an online assistant and usually only have to wait no more than five minutes to chat with a live person.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Verry picky, but that's good excellent help from turbo tax people (all I spoke to) It was a rough start due to age of my home computer, but quickly resolved by staff and taxes went well. I found Turbo Tax very picky oil answers to questions, BUT THAT SAID if it keeps the IRS off my back fine
