Rated 2 out of 5 by from Had a glitch 1) I had an issue that needed additional support as the program didn't recognize the situation. 2) upon review, the program was asking for info already input and created duplicate items. Also, the program included two past items that was originally deleted in wages and income section. This glitch, made me restart and review the complete process again and review the pdf at the end line-by-line. It was timely and required corrections prior to filing. Could have been an IRS mess if it was sent 'as-is' the first round.
