Rated 3 out of 5 by from Disappointed in Turbo Tax If Turbo Tax is going to charge fees, then they should know if electronic debit for local taxes is allowed before entering all info. I learned today that with my simple return, I could have done it myself. Also, why couldn't I Do direct IRS deposit. Thanks.

It was instilled in me by my father that I should always do my own taxes as to who should know better where your money is going. By doing them myself I have inheriting learned a lot about tax laws and financial issues I need to be aware. TurboTax makes it fun and easy believe it or not and help is literally one click away if you get stuck. I have used the online chat many times with great success and I always get my taxes submitted on time with complete confidence they are done properly. No matter how easy or complicated your financial return, TurboTax makes it so easy and you always have this information at your finger tips. I HIGHLY recommend using TurboTax.
