Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax Positive: 1. Saves info from previous years and transfers to current year tax forms. 2. Will file taxes (efile) when complete. Negative: 1. Each page has a "learn more" feature but is gives very limited information 2. Fees to use are high compared to other companies but the fact it saves pvs. years information is a bonus to not change companies. 3. Charging an addl. fee of 39.00 to pay filing fees from the refund is ridiculous and the recommended use of Credit Karma is suspicious that sooner or later charges can unknowingly occur and your email box will be overloaded with spam. 4. Continued prompts to add additional unneeded services at high costs. 5. Extra fee for self employment.
