Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unhappy with experience I have been a TurboTax customer for a number of years now. This is the first time that I have felt disappointed in my experience. I was very surprised when I was shown my fees at the end. For me to be that surprised, the communication from you must have been extremely poor. And it was. This is not what I was expecting based on my experience through the site. And this includes me being forced to upgrade to an upgraded version when I don't believe I should have been forced to. And I only agreed to pay it, because I just spent a considerable amount of time completing my taxes and was not about to start all over again. I will have to think long and hard about whether I will be using Turbo Tax again in the future. I have received a recommendation from my brother about a competitor and may give that a try instead. Be more transparent.
