Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax login is complicated When I tried to used the login from last year it said it was incorrect. Created new login went to log back in next day and it said information I created and wrote down was incorrect. Had to do this 3 times before it finally worked

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax doesn't warn about necessary upgrades TurboTax not only force me to upgrade to their Premium version for having claimed unemployment benefits the previous year (something I did not have to do last year). They also upcharged me ridiculously. The price for the premium was $60 but I was charged $60 each for my state and federal returns as well as a fee for taking those payments straight from my refund? Had I known I would've just paid with card, but paying with your return was the recommended option.
