Rated 4 out of 5 by from turbo tax is awesome I don't understand that when I filed my unemployment tax filings from 2021 I did not need to add the max for $119. Last year when I filed my 2020 taxes I was able to file with the basic the "visual basic" package. However, this year I had to include an extra package to file the same taxes with the same schedules as were filed in 2020.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from not as reliable as previous years For the past 7 or 8 years I had been satisfied with TurboTax. This year i called for help twice. The first time a very pleasant lady helped with out issue. When I efiled my return was rejected for no AGI for 2020. I called for help. The gentleman was as lost as I was on where this information was or where it went. I figured out it was on 2020 return, I filled in the blank, which I never saw this request on original form 1040-SR. I refiled. Was rejected again as I had not put in my personal pin, which was a trip to retrieve from the IRS. Refiled, was rejected for not placing my wife's PIN on form. Again I had not seen this anywhere when I was working my 1040 or when I was directed to my blank. Well we filed jointly but I filled out the PIN for her and refiled. Was rejected again as I had not filled my wife's AGI for 2020. It was a frustrating experience.
