The long hours of sitting and waiting to have my taxes completed are gone. The software is very simple and easy and the agents are very professional and knowledgeable. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Getting too expensive to file Too many hidden fees. Always advertising how its free, but they charge you a fee to direct deposit it to her account. Also charge you for filing federal and state. This will be my last year filing with turbo tax!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax eased my anxiety I had a terrible 2018 thanks in part to accidentally checking a box to make myself exempt from federal. That year I owed $2,000 ever since then after I payed everything and took care of it I have had anxiety about filing my taxes. Well in 2020 i returned to TurboTax Im glad I did it streamlined the process and I'm getting a $1,500 refund money I did not account for I'm a expecting Father so this is AMAZING news. Thank TurboTax!
