Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax Rep is Amazing I spoke with a representative (David) over the phone. Filing online presented some issues and the information wasn't simple to understand. David was incredibly patient, kind, and humorous to speak with. I felt comfortable, understood and relaxed speaking with him on the phone. I generally did not like the process and lack of explanation with the e-filing process. These were issues I tried to address before speaking with David. David walked me through the process from beginning to end. He identified the issues and files causing the process to be difficult and saw me file through the end. Give him a raise!

I have confidence enough in this tool that I plan to stick with it for years to come.
