Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax 2021 The filing experience was excellent with an additional kudos to customer support Christina who helped with entering 1099R information. She was extremely helpful and professional. The only issue i can complain about is that i received a $30 discount via email if I finished and filed before 2/28/2022. Today is 2/20/2022 and I did not receive the $30 discount.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Glitches Still Not Fixed From Last Year This is the second year I've used Turbo Tax, but errors from last year have still not been fixed. Turbo Tax tries to blame the IRS, but it's clearly their problem. Things don't save as they should, documents don't upload correctly, and the entire process is unnecessarily complicated. Also, the product is not worth the amount charged for it.
