The sit would then jump to the next session and not return to the area I was working on when the snag occurred. I had to keep doubling back to find where I was at and continue through several completed pages before I got there.

I am confident it is safe and secure. the downloading of forms direct from my financial institutions is a great feature, but can be glitchy which is very frustrating. I have had to log out and walkaway for a while because it repeatedly has me logging into the same website.
