Where in the past I have gotten the CD this year, no CD just a case that did not mention that I needed to keep the receipt "ON THE OUTSIDE" as that is what held the code needed to access the program. That is something that should be stated to people so as to not lose the needed information. Thankfully Bestbuy where I purchased it was able to show me online a copy of my receipt. Then in trying to get in to the program i had to spend 10-15 minuets trying to get to Turbo Tax where Intuit was coming up and not taking me to Turbo Tax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sufficient but has a few bugs While the software is great at walking you through completing your taxes, it has a few bugs. The largest being trying to complete the filing while purchasing the state submission. It took more that 30 minutes just to accomplish that small task for the last two filings. Please fix these bugs.
