She completed my return quickly and provided thoughts on how to improve my return next year. She gave me time to review my filing as well. I would definitely use this service again and I hope to have Pat’s service again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes simplified! I've been using TurboTax for years! I think the questions along the way are easy to understand and takes out the anxiety of filing my returns. As long as I have all my information in order I can get my taxes completed in less than an hour. Such a time saver!

It's frustrating that there is so little direction on the state returns, TT holds your hand and carefully walks you through the Federal return so it almost feels like we're thrown to the wind when dealing with complexities in the state returns, especially centering around mortgages. I appreciate the "learn more" links along the way, but sometimes they are very vague that I don't know if it applies or not. Overall, navigation is easy and the program makes the Federal forms (which can be so daunting) much easier -- even fixing mistakes is pretty easy due to the navigation/menus.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Taxation is Theft Love how simple Turbotax is and the user interface is great. Lot's of hardworking people made such convenience and simplicity possible. But, we must all realize this : Taxation is theft. Repeal the 16th Amendment.
