Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unexplained charges I agreed to pay with my federal refund, but it was much more than expected and it did not explain why I was being charged so much. Incredibly unhappy. Will be using a different tax service next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I saved so much money with Turbo Tax! It was so fun. The UI was great. They think of everything. Worth every penny. Would file again. Made me think "do I want to be an accountant?" that's how fun it was.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Super disappointing I spent almost 2 hours with one of your associates to figure out my problem. I think it was a software glitch. Turbo Tax used to be really easy. It's turning into an unworkable night mare. I'm so glad I had a smart and resilient person to help me.
