Rated 5 out of 5 by from I couldn't file our Return without Turbo Tax. It is more than one week I tried to file my return by you. I used your live expert two times on 02/21/2023 with Linda and 02/22/2023 with Gary. Both did their bests and thanks for them. Gary spend a lot of times. Finally our line disconnected. We couldn't find any problem. Finally I finished and e-filed today 02/28/2023.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Thorough and complete Turbotax has many options, and does a fine job of finding every last tax break if you use the premium package. If you're a small business owner, it's definitely worth it if you don't have a highly skilled dedicated accountant.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Import of Tax Information from Brokerage The import doesn't work from E*Trade for the trades. It is the whole reason why I have used TurboTax to simply this process. Without it, very unlikely I will use in the future after countless years of use.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The Hidden Fee Its not as quick as it is made out to be but id rather do it myself , than go in person or deal with all the hardcopy paperwork. The hidden third party fees is what catches me up and makes me pause everytime, it should be more upfront.
