Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to maneuver easy to do on my own, but i did have to ask a couple of questions . the two customer service people that i chatted with were Great!! i appreciate the help. it made it easy for me to finish my taxes . Vanese and Tyler were their names !! thank you again

I wanted to eliminate a schedule K so I had to upgrade but then it would not let me downgrade without erasing all my data. There was also a form missing for my state return that I did not find out about until this return was rejected, delaying e-file for 2 weeks and counting. I will not use this program again.
