Rated 1 out of 5 by from EXTRA FEES I have been using Turbo Tax for years. This was the first time I actually paid for the service. Started off paying just $59 but couldn't get one credit until upgraded for another $59. Then I choose to use the pay with my return feature and I had pay an additional $39 dollars. Very disappointed and will definitely look around next year instead of coming here on automatic like I have in the past.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBO TAX IS A GREAT HELPER Moved from laptop with CD to doing the tax preparation online this year. It helps that Turbo Tax has live assistants to get you through rough patches. I'd already bought a copy from Costco yet it wanted me to pay again. It wasn't quick, but the assistant got the required information to get it done without paying a second time. Thanks!
