Rated 3 out of 5 by from I will continue to use TurboTax, but ..... Update process takes way too long with no indication of progress until late in the process. Pop-up window shows a "time to update" which is never even close to the actual time it takes. Example, says update will take 5 minutes and actually takes more than 30 minutes. I can accept if it is 30 minutes, just tell me that this is what it will take, otherwise I start to assume something else is wrong with my internet connection or something else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OK but tedious for me this year. As a TurboTax user for 25+ years this online version was simpler to use in many respects but having to manage the different format took more time than usual. Everything necessary was accomplished and it was filed with no problems
