Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love Turbo Tax! I have been using Turbo tax ever since the first year it was available. I love how it walks me through each form of my taxes, offering helpful information wherever I am in my taxes. I can even get help online if I still have trouble understanding. I love that I can download my information from the internet which eliminates mistakes. I feel confident that my taxes are done right when I use Turbotax. I love that I can download Turbotax right off the internet, saves me a run to OfficeDepot. I can work on my taxes when it's convenient for me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Option to Pay Before Submitting Overall Reem did a great job helping us with taxes this year and answered all questions that we had. Only thing that I request is to be able to pay prior to submitting because that took longer than expected.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OK, But I like the download better I switched back to Turbo Tax from H&R Block. It was more user friendly. I still prefer to buy and download the software but I did not see that option on the website. When I called in for assistance, I was told I would have to get it from Amazon. My main desire was to have my return to look at before I filed it. Otherwise, the software was straightforward and fairly easy to use.

This was my first time doing taxes on my own and she took the time to transition our conversation which started out via online chat to a phone call which was very effective.
