Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review Had no problems with my initial processing and filing of the Fed return. Opted to file my state at a later date. In the mean time, the computer I had the software on originally decided it no longer wanted to connect to the internet in any capacity, so I installed the software on a different computer. From there, I did have several problems, but I called support and they helped me work through everything.

My tax expert was punctual - always on time for our calls. I had some unique questions to be resolved with my return. CPA support was sort to reach a resolution and I was given a clear explanation as to how their decisions were reach. Turbo Tax experts are professional, personable, and easy to work with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I keep going back to Turbo Tax I like that Turbo Tax makes it easy to do my taxes. I wish though that the fees were not so high and that I can get my full refund without the high fees coming out.
