Only small detail was I wasn't expecting to pay $40 for paying with this year's refund for extra protection (forget what it's called but it's $55.) Then I had to figure out how to pay immediately with credit card to take off that $40 fee.That took awhile.

I had a friend recommend Turbotax and they walked me through the entire process (even though it was extremely self-explanatory and simple). I would recommend this resource to anyone, especially college students who cannot afford to pay a larger corporation or CPA to file their taxes for them.
