Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has a few bugs Though fillin out the forms was as always very easy. when the time to run the checks I had a few that I filled out 6+ times then had to go back to the application find the area fill in the needed information then go back to the checks. Even doing this it took 3 tries on one form.Then came the battle to print the returns, kept getting errors that the state needed updates though the application said all updates were there on an update through the online > check for updates process (7 times over 5 days). Finally called TurboTax helpdesk took 30 minutes to get passed to a higher level technician who then had to call an engineer none of which seemed to go further than the written " How Too". It then took arguing with the second Technician to give me a download link with State as when I tried to reinstall it wanted to charge me for the State as I had already downloaded 1 which is all I wanted the 1. Finally got the download link. During all of this last bit I was copying all pertinent files to another folder for the uninstall/new install after reinstalling all products with the updates was able to send in my forms and print copies

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Experience and way lower than my old CPA It was very easy, you have to have your paperwork, but I got stuck on K1 and asked for help within 5 min and we had it all done. I can't tell you how happy I am. Last year I paid over 3X

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy, fast accurate I've been using TurboTax for over a decade. Always easy to use, improves each year. I only wish it was easier to "downsize" the plan I use. Started off as a business owner, now retired so my return is simpler but TT no longer allows me to choose the plan to start with. It automatically assigns me to the same plan I used the prior year. Please go back to being able to make that choice when you first sign in the next year!
