Rated 2 out of 5 by from Meh The expert I talked with was helpful, but i had to buy the upgrade about 5 steps before being done, so wasn't too fond of "oh, by the way" fees. If I had it earlier, it would've been more helpful and I'd be happier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Service pricey required services The software was great the only problem I have is your are kind of forced into paying high fees. they do not tell you upfront how much the service it self costs. Its insane how much you pay in taxes and they turbo tax comes after your little refund.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax, So Far, So good!! This is, I think my 8th year with TurboTax. The only problem I had was how to enter our IP PIN numbers. I used search and followed the instructions. I was able to enter both our IP PIN numbers with no problems!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from They make it as stress free as possible I am not the most confident when it comes to taxes, but Turbo Tax has helped me gain confidence. My questions are promptly answered and when in doubt the agents have always put in the efffort to solve any problems.
