The procedure and steps are not clear and helpful for those who have multiple tax forms to file. Any SE's or business owners should just seek someone to do it for them, TurboTax is NOT it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax makes it easy It was quick and every step was spelled out like I'm 18 doing my taxes for the first time (I'm not) but I appreciate how everything was spelled out step by step. The explanations were clear and there was very little confusion throughout the process.

This program crashed a number of times, could not find old returns that were on my computer, and deliberately makes the tax code complicated so you have to use this program. It was VERY difficult to file returns electronically because of having to install updates and not recognizing past returns on my hard drive.
