Rated 5 out of 5 by from Waited til the last minute, Glad I had TurboTax While we have a pretty vanilla return, when you wait until the last minute to file, even vanilla becomes stressful. I was able to navigate through the federal and state information with ease and the prompts were great. Taxes have been filed on time and accurately.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to Use Tax Filing Program I haven't been using TurboTax for couple of years and I am pretty satisfied with its ease of use and features. There are some minor issues like sometime you need a few attempt to connect to the brokerage accounts online. Also, when I try to pay for the AuditDefense, it would connect on the credit card payments. Overall, I still think it is a great tool for tax filing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax worked fine Pretty easy to use. Will probably use it again next year. Not 100% confidence after my daughter had a very bad experience, thousands of dollars difference and H&R Block corrected errors.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from turbo tax sucks it didn't download some items when requedsted Instructions were messy It asked for changes on docs but didn't provide a path to them I tried to purchase the simplest form of the service but was forced to purchase more expensive cartoonish ugh! constantly tried to upsell unclear descriptions just awful ok

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to Use, WAY Too Costly Super user friendly and straight forward, but too expensive. I work in nonprofit and somehow owe money and then have to shell out over 100$ to then pay my taxes when I'm already shelling out almost $200.
