Rated 1 out of 5 by from crazy expensive nearly halved my return, $180 just to use it and an additional $40 if you pay with your return. I would have put two stars but it says "fair" for two stars and this does not feel fair. I don't remember paying this much in previous years. Also, the "Race" feature is weird. You should never make someone feel rushed in this process where accuracy is so important. Likely my last year using turbo tax.

So this is my first attempt and I have been anxious. I talked with a couple of your tax people and they were knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax was quick and painless Used an expert so all I had to do was upload documents and she did the rest. Only complaint is you don't get to see you complete return until after it is filed. It would have been nice to see a preview in advance

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax used to be great I used to be really grateful for TurboTax because we were able to e-file both of our returns quickly and for free. This Year was a major disappointment because they charged for both the federal and state and then charged us as well to e-file. I will probably not be back next year unless they change it back.
