Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax for year 2021 was the most difficult. This was the most difficult tax prep I have ever used made by Turbo Tax. To e-file as the past was simple, not this year! It became so difficult I decided to mail in the return. I couldn't transfer financial brokerage account information. The cost of the program was way too expensive compared to last year and the difficulty in using the program and no e-filing. Finally, I will definitely not use Turbo Tax again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I utilized the Live consultation I had a lot of changes this year and I needed to be walked through what a few steps meant. They were predominantly helpful and patient. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because I was supposed to receive a GrubHub partner discount but the overall cost was high.
