Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premier Turbo Tax is very easy to install and entering your information they walk you threw every step of the process. I have used Turbo Tax for afew years now and have had no issues with completing and filing my taxes.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax needs to improve First of all, you do have a good product, but have room for improvement. You need to, focus on tax preparation business and less on "Woke" stuff. We do not need to be asked how we are feeling while working on our taxes, we're not on a date! And as I already commented, your Retirement section needs to be corrected. State Retirement does not have an RMD, the recipient gets their benefit every month and the State decides how much they get- no more -no less.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely fantastic! I worked with several Turbo Tax staff members! Each of them responded nearly immediately! I had a couple of unusual questions/puzzles. The staff members in turn took me as far as their expertise could get me, and then connected me with the next professional who did the same. I took about four steps, and the final result was fantastic. Professionalism personified! This was my first experience with Turbo Tax, and I was thoroughly impressed! Without a doubt I will be using Turbo Tax again in 2023! Absolutely fantastic!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Service, Will Never Use Again Scam service. Had a small capital loss carryover and had to upgrade to $119 TurboTax premium. Wouldnt even let me remove the carryover; had to upgrade. I ended up paying way more than I saved with the loss carryover. Will never use this service again, blatantly scammy. Terrible
