This program walks you through each step of the tax filing process so easily and answers all of the questions you may have. I will continue to file my taxes with TurboTax.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long time user, First time disappointment I have been filing through TurboTax for years, ever since my first job, actually. It has always been simple to use and I have never had any issues until now. First off, my given first name is one letter. It was a gift from my mom on my birthday. I am used to having issues, from the VA to credit card companies telling me a name has to be at least 2 characters. TurboTax has never given me an issue with it, which leads me into my second complaint. I have been paying for TurboTax Premium out of my tax return for the last few years, since I invest in Crypto and thusly Free isn't an option. Well, this year I get through an hour and a half of filing before I discover that if I pay for Premium out of my return, there is not only a new $39 fee for paying this way, but there is an error message which tells me "There may be an issue with your first name, go fix it." There is no issue with my name. I cannot file unless I pay out of pocket. This is fine, since I actually save 40 bucks, but I am disappointed that my experience with TurboTax is slowly going downhill.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from turbo tax free finally! This year was better using Turbo Tax. Last year I got stuck paying $120 for the simple form! I was very unhappy about that. This year I did my taxes early, so I would not get that outrageous price again for the simple form.
