Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great idea.. I had a few, pretty basic questions. When I asked for help, the answers were unknown, and the help was unclear. I didn't have any major or strange tax issues, so I was pretty surprised that they had no clear answers for me. I'm sure that they were busy, and put their best effort forward... but their service was unhelpful and kind of unprofessional. For the amount it costs, this service is not worth it. Additionally, as a TurboTax customer for almost 2 decades, I was a bit frustrated at how hard it was to navigate the questions and sections this year, as opposed to previous filings.
