Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice and Easy I likely would have gone with another provider (and may next year) since they are now charging to federal returns. I didn't because they have all my information from previous years and I did not want to enter it all again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Really poor program I've used this several years in a row and every year I wonder why I keep doing it. It is so frustrating and glitchy. I struggled to figure out why the state tax payer ID was being rejected for several days. Only to find out it was because there were spaces in front of the number but I couldn't see them. I swear I will not use it next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time user - it was so easy! This was my first time doing my taxes myself and I was pretty nervous. But the software made it so easy. I love that I can have it connect to my bank directly to get 1099's and I didn't have to deal with any of that. 100% chance I will use Turbo tax next year.
