Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax to the Rescue I have been using TurboTax for many, many years. They make it so easy to complete your taxes - without having to worry about the latest changes to the tax rules. If there was one improvement that I could suggest, it is in the "Fix Errors" part of the workflow. Every thing else provides context. While fixing errors, all TurboTax does is to present the line in the form where the error is and asks us to fix it. It will be helpful, if there is context provided so that we know that entry was made.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Horrible ! Horrendous customer service. 2021 state software could not be accessed by federal. at least 4 hours on the phone with 6 different people....who continously transferred and dropped calls. NEVER USING TURBO TAX AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Doing Taxes Sucks, Turbo Tax Makes Them Suck Less I had always used accountants and tax attorneys, but after a divorce I found Turbo Tax. Turbo Tax made it easy to figure out deductions and the scan, drop and read function really saved time. It makes taxes easier for those of us that do not work all day in a nerdury :). Time to get my reward dinner! Cheers!
