Rated 5 out of 5 by from TURBOTAX always gets me the biggest refund! This is my 9th year using TURBOTAX and I haven't had a negative experience yet! Each year the program gets better by being more user friendly and really walks you through each step maximizing refunds.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Stop trying to upsell and improve your product Overall poor user experience. It asked me a question that the system should've been able to read from a previous return. The context/examples provided for several questions were unhelpful - between that, and the several attempted upsells to speak with a rep or add protection, it's glaringly obvious the unhelpfulness is on purpose, as if it was too easy, people wouldn't need to speak with a rep. Unfortunately what this results in instead is a dissatisfied customer who won't be using your product again at all.
