Rated 5 out of 5 by from Price and ease of preparation is fantastic! What I love about Turbo Tax is that I can safely and quickly update information from the previous year. There is always a way to get quick responses to questions either from popup windows, chat, or phone. I no longer dread tax preparation--I look forward to checking it off my list in February.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Completely Non-User Friendly this year.... When uploading information TurboTax did not upload all the information or correctly. Had to double check everything at least 5 times.... Also, they wouldn't file electronically which was one of the main reasons we use TurboTax.... Also, we paid for extra help thinking maybe we were experiencing difficulty due to using the free version. WRONG, upgrading did not help any of our issues so now we just lost money and time...

When I was confused on what something was asking I simply clicked the question mark and instantly was provide examples of the information the cell was requiring. I love the fact you are able to review your refund as you put it in on the system. Turbo tax is a game changer, taxes made easy!
