Rated 2 out of 5 by from Subpar vehicle Frustrated with my inability to get to anyone at TurboTax to ask a simple question about where to find capital gains worksheet. Could have paid $60 more, but the service seems expensive without paying for a phone call. I thought you used to have a chat ability, but I couldn't find it when I needed it. I've been using TurboTax for the past 10 or 15 years. This is my last.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The ONLY way to file! I needed "Expert help" this year. I had a form that i wasnt familiar with. I connected withDeborah! Praise the Baby Jesus!!! She checked everything, for me, and then helped me at the confusing parts! I couldnt have filed my taxes, without her help. We LOVE TurboTax!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax continues to be the best. I have used TurboTax for since it became available for the MAC. The software continues to get better each year. This year I had to file a 1040X and TurboTax made the process incredibly easy. I have total confidence that I have filed my taxes and gotten the best refund possible, and if there is a problem, TurboTax has my back.
